My name is Josh and I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years. I am currently on active duty in the Air Force. While on a deployment to Afghanistan in 2013, a friend introduced me to a CrossFit workout called "the 7". Needless to say it crushed my soul! When I woke up the next morning, I was more sore than I have ever been and I was hooked. CrossFit is not only fun but also serves as an outlet for me and helps me train for my job. While it helps my stay fit and ready to perform any task that is demanded upon me in the military, it also allows me to live life to its fullest. Outside of training I love mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, wake boarding, and camping.
