We offer classes for every level, each class is ran in a group setting but is limited so that we are able to maintain a high level of coaching. Please arrive 10-15 minute prior to the start of each class so that we can begin on time.

It's like the Catalina wine mixer. A little bit of everything. We take weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, combine those into a fun yet challenging workout that's scalable to any experience level.

9am, 7pm

Here, we incorporate running, rowing, bodyweight exercises and the infamous Assault bike. This class is an hour worth of intensity, a great class on its own or in a addition to your current training program. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve metcon times, training for your next marathon or spartan race. This class is for you.  

Olympic Weightlifting

Tuesdays, Thursdays


In a nutshell,we pick things up and put them down. We focus mainly on the two Olympic weightlifting movements, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Our top priorities are safety, technique and form. All skill levels are welcome. However, you may become best friends with the war bar until you've mastered the movements. Don't worry, we've all been there.

These classes come as 6 session package at the start of your membership and are scheduled with a coach. Throughout these 6 1on1 training sessions you and your coach will go over the basic movements of CrossFit. Also, what to expect during your first class and how to use our software/app to track your progress. We'll also answer any questions you might have, like "what's a WOD?" OR "Who's Fran and why does no one like her? "

To make sure you get the most out of your membership, this is a requirement for all new members to CrossFit. 

Experienced CrossFitters

If you're new in town, have outgrown your garage or took a break for whatever reason. You do not have to complete fundamentals, but you are more than welcome to.


1on1 Training

Although each class is taught by a certified coach, you may chose to work on something specific and speed up the learning process. 1on1 training is the perfect solution for this. A trainer of your choice will take you through a 1on1 session an hour at a time that is specifically designed for you. 

CrossFit Kids

Tuesday, Thursday

4pm (3-5) and 430pm (5-12)

These classes are specifically programmed for children. We take the CrossFit prescription and mold that into a workout and learning process that is fun and safe. We teach it in a way that kids will understand. This ensures that they will progress through each phase of our program smoothly all the way into adulthood. As a warning, please understand that your kids may catch on to some movements quicker than you do. 

Women's CrossFit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays


Develop your strength confidence and become a better version of yourself. In this class you will go through the same movements as you would in a typical WOD (workout of the day). If you're more comfortable working out with other women the women's class is perfect for you. This class is for any skill level and sure to give you a challenge and a sense of accomplishment everytime.
